The 2010 IDT Contractor Awards took place on the 29 July 2010 at Protea Wanderers hotel in Johannesburg. The aim of the awards is to recognise excellent performance by contractors who completed infrastructure programmes for the IDT for the period 01 April 2009 to 31 March 2010.The ceremony was officiated by the Honourable Minister of Public Works Geoff Doidge, the Director General of Public Works Mr. Siviwe Dongwana and Limpopo MEC of Public Works Mr. GM Phadagi .
