IDT giving back to the community: 01 June 2010 |

In response to the public request made by Inkosi Nxamalala during the Development Week held at Nkandla, Kwa Zulu Natal in March 2010, the IDT donated 20 computers to six schools. The initiative was sponsored by Gijima AST a computer company.
The computer handover ceremony which was held on 01 June 2010 was graced by dignitaries who amongst others include the First Lady Makhumalo, the MEC for Education, Amakhosi, as well as the Chairperson of the IDT Board of Trustees. The ceremony took place at the Nxamalala Traditional Council Offices.
