Organisation Structure • IDT’s Executive Authority The IDT reports to Parliament through the Minister of Public Works as its Executive Authority. In compliance with the PFMA, the IDT prepares and submits its Corporate Plan and Budget to, and enters into a Shareholders Compact Agreement with its Executive Authority. It reports in writing to fulfill these requirements on a quarterly and annually basis through its annual report. The organisation is audited by the Auditor-General. |
