The Board of Trustees is the Accounting Authority for the IDT. It has the following five Committees: • Audit • Finance • Strategic Planning and Programmes • Human Resources, and • Remuneration. The Board meets at least four times a year. Its responsibilities include the preparation of financial statements that accurately reflect the IDT’s financial position. |
